Job Description – Storekeeper (Facility Management)

Position Title: Storekeeper
Location: Doha, Qatar
Department: Facility Maintenance

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations to support facility management projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
  • Issue materials to technicians and supervisors as per approved requests.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records daily.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely replenishment.
  • Prepare reports on stock movement, shortages, and usage trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Storekeeper (preferably in facility management or construction).
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per hour
