Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify building and maintenance materials as per purchase orders and delivery notes in compliance with UAE FM standards.
- Manage storage and issuance of materials related to civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, MEP, and firefighting systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP / PACT systems such as SAP, Oracle, Maximo, CAFM platforms, or similar FM software.
- Perform system entries for GRNs, material issues, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments on a real-time basis.
- Generate system-based reports including stock balance, consumption, reorder levels, and material movement for FM sites.
- Coordinate with Facility Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians for planned and emergency material requirements.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions through the system to avoid operational downtime.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company SOPs, and audit requirements within the store.
- Maintain proper documentation (hard copy and electronic) for inspections, audits, and management review.
- Manage inter-site material transfers between multiple buildings or FM contracts, where applicable.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safe stacking, and security of the store area at all times.
Preferred Skills & System Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with FM software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of UAE facility management operations and building materials.
- Ability to work in multi-site FM environments and under operational pressure.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
