Urgent Hiring: Storekeeper (F&B / Meal Production)

We are urgently looking for a highly disciplined, numbers-driven Storekeeper with strong experience in Food & Beverage operations who understands cost of sales, daily issuance control, and production costing. This role is critical to maintaining profitability, hygiene standards, and smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, issuing, and stock movement with 100% accuracy
- Control and monitor Cost of Sales (COS) and support daily cost targets
- Prepare daily production cost reports (issuance vs. planned consumption)
- Track ingredient-wise cost per meal and highlight variances immediately
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO and proper batch control
- Coordinate closely with chefs, production team, and procurement
- Maintain strong relationships with local food suppliers in Doha
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and storage standards are strictly followed
- Conduct daily and monthly stock counts with reconciliation
- Flag wastage, over-issuance, and cost leakages proactively
- Support menu costing and new recipe cost calculations
- Maintain clean, well-organized stores aligned with HACCP standards
Cost Control & Reporting
- Estimate daily production cost based on planned menus
- Track actual vs. standard cost and report deviations
- Maintain accurate Excel-based stock and costing sheets
- Support management with daily, weekly, and monthly cost summaries
- Ensure store operations support profitability and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Storekeeper in F&B / Catering / Meal Prep / Central Kitchen
- Strong understanding of food costing, COS, and inventory control
- Excellent numerical, arithmetic, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, stock tracking, costing sheets)
- Deep knowledge of food ingredients, suppliers, and sourcing in Doha
- Experience working in high-volume production kitchens
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and storage standards
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily reporting deadlines
Preferred Background
- Experience in health food, diet kitchens, hospitals, or large catering operations
- Exposure to standard recipe costing and portion control
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage
