Storekeeper – School Experience Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all school inventory and stock levels.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Issue materials to departments as per approved requests.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support the procurement team.
  • Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of materials.
  • Prepare stock reports and assist during audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a school environment (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
