A Landscape Company is searching for an active special Store Keeper to join its team.

Job Description:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store items in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and organization for easy access.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records using manual or computerized systems and conduct regular stock checks.
- Manage stock levels, rotating older stock and disposing of surplus or expired items.
- Issue materials and tools against authorized requisition notes and prepare items for shipment.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for new orders to replenish stock when it approaches minimum limits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Generate reports, including Material Received Reports (MRR), to document all stock movements and activity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage area in accordance with safety procedures and government regulations.
- Ensure all documentation for purchases and inventory transactions is completed properly.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or certification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Fluent in English
- Experience in construction field
- A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines.
