STOREKEEPER WITH F&B / QSR EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming food & beverage supplies
• Ensure proper storage of items according to FIFO/FEFO principles
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
• Issue materials to kitchen and service departments as per requisitions
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards
• Handle expired, damaged, or slow-moving items appropriately
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store areas at all times
