Stores Accounts Executive

Job Description :

• Should have working knowledge of Tally software.
• Maintenance of Therapy Stores accounts in Tally of Mobility India and of Centre for Assistive Technology ( CAT )
• Passing BOM entries in tally for production of Developmental Aids.
• Regular reconciliation of Physical Therapy Stocks for both Mfg devices and Trading items with books.
• Assistance and coordination with Therapy & AT Assistant / accounts personnel in Quarterly Stock taking
• Support Line manager in preparing the purchase list.
• Timely local purchasing by raising POs with the approval of line manager.
• Receiving the incoming Therapy materials and raising GRNs and ensuring Proper storage and stacking .
• Responsible for submitting vendor bills & Proforma invoice to Accounts after the signature of recommended and approved authorities.
• Providing data and information on Non moving , unwanted and damaged Stores items.
• Submit monthly report of stores by 3rd of every month.
• Packing and dispatching the materials from store to the client as per the instruction of line manager.
• Support line manager for all the activities.
• Support other dept. as per the requirement.
• Any other task as assigned from time to time

Education Qualification:

B.Com

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
