Location: Project Sites near Nagpur (Maharashtra)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Availability: Ready to relocate at project sites

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Stores Officer to manage construction materials, maintain accurate stock records, and support smooth site operations for our road and highway projects. The candidate should have basic experience in store management and hands-on knowledge of ERP or equivalent store management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of materials as per site requirements.
• Maintain daily stock registers and update transactions in ERP/stores management software.
• Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs, Issue Slips, and other store-related documents.
• Perform regular physical stock verification and assist in monthly/quarterly audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and the procurement team for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, challans, invoices, and consumption records.
• Monitor material consumption and report shortages or discrepancies to the Store In-Charge/Project Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
• Support administrative work related to stores and inventory control.
• Required Skills:
• Working knowledge of ERP systems or any equivalent store management software.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, spreadsheets).
• Basic understanding of construction materials used in road & highway projects (preferred).
• Strong communication, record-keeping, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the site.

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to relocate and stay at assigned project sites near Nagpur.

Should be honest, reliable, and committed to maintaining accuracy in inventory records.
