STORM WATER ENGIER

We are Looking for STORM WATER ENGINEER who knowsdesigns, and manages storm water drainage systems to control flooding, protect infrastructure, and ensure compliance with environmental and municipal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design storm water drainage systems (pipes, culverts, channels, detention & retention ponds)
• Perform hydrology and hydraulic (H&H) calculations
• Prepare storm water management plans and reports
• Analyze flood risks and runoff control measures
• Coordinate with civil, road, and infrastructure teams
• Ensure compliance with local authority and environmental standards
• Review shop drawings, calculations, and technical submissions
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction
• Use modeling software for storm water analysis

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of storm water management principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SWMM, HEC-RAS, or similar software
• Understanding of local drainage codes and regulations
• Ability to interpret drawings, surveys, and technical data
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in flood mitigation and sustainable drainage systems (SUDS)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or relevant field.

Experience Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in storm water or infrastructure projects
• Experience in roads, highways, or urban development projects preferred
• GCC / Middle East project experience is an advantage
