Strategic Account Administrator


We’re seeking a Strategic Account Administrator to join our growing team. This role focuses on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients and partners across the United States. You’ll act as the key liaison between our customers, internal teams, and external partners—ensuring clear communication, consistent follow-through, and well-organized documentation for each account.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Coordinate with outside partners across the U.S. to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and account records accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and updates as needed to support account activities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing correspondence and documentation for business accounts.
