About the Role
BDO Saudi Arabia is establishing a selective pool of independent short-term consultants and specialist practitioners to support current and upcoming engagements across strategic advisory, institutional transformation, collaborative leadership, and social-impact initiatives within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking highly specialized professionals with proven expertise in supporting complex transformation and impact-driven programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Selected experts may contribute to one or more of the following areas:
• Lead collaborative leadership and transformation initiatives
• Deliver executive coaching and leadership development programmes
• Design and facilitate fellowship and executive education programmes
• Develop social-impact, monitoring & evaluation, and impact assessment frameworks
• Conduct SROI and organisational impact assessments
• Support stakeholder engagement, governance, and sustainability initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, transformation programmes, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Prepare Arabic-English technical reports and programme documentation
We are specifically seeking professionals with specialised subject-matter expertise that complements strategic advisory and programme delivery capabilities, rather than general consulting profiles.
Preferred Qualifications
• CVI-accredited practitioners or professionals with equivalent Collective Impact expertise
• ICF-certified executive coaches
• Professional certifications in SROI, ToC, PMI, governance, sustainability, or impact-related disciplines
• Previous experience in executive education, fellowship programmes, or institutional transformation initiatives
• Experience working with nonprofit organisations, foundations, philanthropy, leadership-development, or social-impact ecosystems
Additional Requirements
• Candidates currently based in Riyadh or within Saudi Arabia are preferred
• Candidates located outside Saudi Arabia should demonstrate willingness and ability to relocate to Riyadh for assignment periods, if required
• Expatriate candidates within Saudi Arabia must hold a valid iqama and legal eligibility to work or provide consulting services within the Kingdom
• Availability for short-term assignments, workshops, programme delivery, coaching sessions, and advisory engagements is required
• Prior GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred
