Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Strategic Alliance Manager to lead, expand, and optimize Zoho’s most critical partner relationships. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth, you will own the partnership strategy, execution, and long-term success of key alliances across the financial and business software ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing multi-year partnership roadmaps, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, supporting co-selling motions, and ensuring mutually beneficial growth between Zoho and its strategic partners. This role is ideal for a seasoned alliances professional who excels at cross-functional collaboration, commercial strategy, and building trusted executive-level relationships.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned alliances, cultivating trusted, long-term executive and operational relationships.
Partnership Strategy & Planning:
Develop, refine, and execute multi-year strategic partnership plans, outlining GTM motions, integration opportunities, and shared business objectives.
Joint Business Planning:
Create and deliver joint business plans with partners that include revenue targets, co-marketing initiatives, expansion opportunities, and measurable KPIs.
Market Expansion & Co-Selling:
Drive partner-enabled pipeline through account mapping, co-selling programs, co-marketing campaigns, and ecosystem expansion.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track, evaluate, and report on partnership performance metrics; deliver insights to leadership that drive optimization and growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the internal advocate for strategic partners, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and support to align priorities and ensure execution.
Partner Enablement:
Lead onboarding, training, and enablement efforts to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive adoption and success.
Opportunity Identification:
Identify new commercial opportunities, solution integrations, and mutually beneficial expansion pathways within the partner ecosystem.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively address challenges or roadblocks affecting partner engagement, performance, or strategy execution.
Governance & Contract Management:
Ensure ongoing compliance with partnership agreements; lead renewal discussions, contract alignment, and governance activities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management.
Proven success developing, scaling, and managing high-impact partnerships with measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex partnership environments.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and commercial acumen.
Experience with co-selling, GTM planning, and SaaS-partner collaboration.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM tools and partnership management systems; experience with contract management preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, collaborative environment.
