- Plan and implement marketing strategies.
- Lead campaign planning and execution.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO.
- Supervise and manage the Communications team.
- Review content and visual materials, and provide creative direction.
- Support content writing, video editing, and graphic design tasks in the absence of team members.
- Maintain workflows, timelines, and approval processes.
- Monitor team performance, complete monitoring and evaluation reports, and optimize results.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hire and coordinate with outsourced teams and freelancers, including photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative professionals.
- Stay updated on national and global trends, marketing strategies, campaigns, and events, particularly those related to diabetes and nonprofit organizations.
- Ensure day-to-day tasks align with organizational policies and operational requirements.
