Our expanding team is seeking a Strategic Designer (Generalist) to contribute across a wide range of projects and disciplines — from advising team members ( juniors to leads) during creative reviews to ensuring every design execution is both elevated and on-brief for external presentations to clients.
This role involves analyzing client briefs for design and strategy alignment, providing thoughtful and on-point creative references, and ensuring accuracy across all project details. We’re looking for someone with exceptional taste, strong creative intuition, and extreme attention to detail — someone who can catch everything from double spaces and capitalization inconsistencies to broader issues like grammar, copy tone, and visual fit.
Who You Are
You’re worldly, culturally aware, and broadly knowledgeable — with a deep appreciation for art, technology, film, culture, and design in all its forms. You’re equally comfortable evaluating a brand identity system, a website design, or a campaign visual. You understand design appropriateness across industries and can adapt your eye and voice accordingly.
You are meticulous, curious, and articulate — the kind of person who notices the smallest detail others overlook and understands how that detail contributes to excellence.
About the Role
You’ll collaborate with a global, dynamic team on extraordinary projects — from the FIFA World Cup to Match Group (Tinder, Hinge, OkCupid, etc.) to Manhattan's real estate icons like 11 Times Square buidling. You’ll move fluidly across initiatives, reviewing creative work, advising on design decisions, and helping ensure every client engagement achieves excellence and success for Creative management overview and external showcasing.

Experience
An agency background is a plus, but not required. What matters most is intelligence, creativity, taste, and strategic awareness — someone who loves learning and teaching, thinking across disciplines, and finding smart, beautiful, creative solutions.
Other languages than English are also a plus, but not required. Working professional use of English, however, is a must.
