Strategic Digital Marketing Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify target audiences, customer journeys, and digital touchpoints
- Plan short-term and long-term campaigns with measurable KPIs
Digital Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing
- Oversee paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns for product launches and brand initiatives
Content & Brand
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Guide content strategy for websites, blogs, social media, and landing pages
- Ensure messaging is customer-centric and performance-oriented
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
- Use data insights to improve conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital platforms
- Identify growth opportunities and innovative marketing approaches
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
