Strategic Artists /gallery Manager:
Full Time — Remote position

Requirements:

✓ Good knowledge of the art and creative field. Previous experience, and or a Bachelor degree in fine art is a must.

✓ Ability to organize, plan, and follow through.

✓ Strategic personality with the ability to be able to prioritize their objectives.

✓ Strong understanding of the contemporary art world and cultural sector

✓Experience and skills in marketing, and PR

✓Sales mindset with lead generation and follow-up ability with VIPs

✓Excellent project and event management skills

✓Strong written and verbal communication

✓Strategic thinking with execution capability

✓High organization, reliability, and attention to detail

✓Ability to work independently and remotely

✓Creative problem-solving and initiative

✓ Fully- bilingual

✓ Welling to learn and manage key information on CMS websites.

✓ Positive, proactive, and creative, and bold.

✓ Excel skills is needed. Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Able to dream, have a vision and follow an execution plan which uses bold ideas, marketing and PR to grow and achieve the goals of the gallery.

- Manage exhibitions, workshops, talks, and public appearances
Plan and execute art events and exhibitions end-to-end
- Develop and implement long-term artist growth and visibility strategies
- Increase artist popularity through marketing, PR, media, and collaborations
- Generate and manage leads for art advisory and sales initiatives
- Propose and execute creative marketing and sales ideas
- Build and maintain clear artist track records (exhibitions, press, sales, milestones)
- Manage press outreach, publications, and media features
- Coordinate production of catalogs, content, and promotional materials
Plan, develop, and help launch online classes and educational programs
- Maintain documentation, and reporting
