Role Description

We are seeking an Impact Investor to join us. This full-time, on-site role will play a pivotal part in fueling KIRI’s growth and amplifying our mission. The Impact Investor will work closely with the leadership team to identify, evaluate, and secure funding opportunities that align with KIRI’s values of compassion, sustainability, and conscious innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting financial and market analysis to evaluate opportunities.
• Building and nurturing relationships with high-value investors, funds, and strategic partners.
• Presenting compelling investment opportunities that highlight both financial returns and measurable impact.
• Monitoring performance and ensuring successful alignment of investments with KIRI’s long-term growth.
• Acting as a steward of KIRI’s mission, ensuring every investment supports people, planet, and purpose.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in investment, venture capital, private equity, or related fields.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence expertise.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in building and maintaining investor and partner relationships.
• Passion for sustainability, conscious consumerism, and wellness innovation.
• Background in the wellness, lifestyle, or impact-driven industries is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced studies a plus but not mandatory).
