Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Manager to lead corporate strategy initiatives, oversee performance management, and align organizational goals with market opportunities. This role requires strong analytical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver actionable strategies that support innovation and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Frameworks: Define and implement enterprise-wide strategic planning processes.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Performance Management: Track KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Collaboration: Partner with executives, finance, and operations teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of digital tools and data-driven approaches in strategic planning.
• Team Leadership: Mentor analysts and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Energy Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of strategic planning experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning frameworks and GCC energy environments.
• Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and corporate strategy development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional energy organizations preferred.
