Strategic Sourcing Procurement Senior Manager - Raw&Pack

Job Description:

• Working closely with the procurement operations manager & key stakeholders,

• Responsible for the coordination of the development of the Category Management strategies across the Raws & Packs subcategories (Ultra high business impact categories), to ensure maximum coverage of the EGP ….M in spend with a documented 3-to-5-year strategy

• Responsible to identify saving synergies between categories, and develop Category management strategies, Supplier relationship management, financial and contractual negotiations for selected sub-categories where we can drive best source country solutions.

• Responsible for optimizing investments in terms of cost, quality, risk and availability as per Beyti manual and its processes as well as following the governance.

• Responsible for ensuring supplier performance and acts as the first point of contact for selected categories suppliers and internal clients.

• Responsible to develop a collaborative community with the operation team members responsible for that category that together will deliver the AOP value creation for each category of spend, in terms of P&L impact, cost avoidance, cash, contribution to the productivity programs of each Segment and Supplier Enabled Innovation/V. E

• Partner with the key stakeholders in Demand within the segments to ensure alignment with the long-term business strategies as well as annual operating plans

• Develop Category insights, benchmark and import best practices and ensure knowledge management within the Sourcing-Operations Category teams

• Along with the identified categories, ensure the supplier base is optimized to enable the implementation of Keystone which is an end to end procure to pay process in category management

• Drive the utilization of sourcing technologies, including e-sourcing and e-auction

• Accountable to drive compliance, including responsible sourcing, with zero exposure and ensure all governance is according to the Beyti standards

• Responsible to develop and share category insights that will impact innovation and help create a competitive advantage for Beyti .

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement or related field
• From 9 to 12 years of professional experience, ideally buying experience for direct categories including Raws & Packs.
• Demonstrated successful performance in role of similar scope and breadth.
• Previous management experience that includes Proven Leadership, Change Management and Project Management skills
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in complex and/or ambiguous business environments
• History of building strong client and supplier relationships
• Knowledge about the MEA region.
