Strategic Team Lead – US Healthcare & Final Expense Outbound Campaigns

Key Requirements for Both Roles:

• Expertise: Solid background in Medicare, ACA, or Final Expense outbound campaigns.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and scaling call center teams.
• Compliance: Deep understanding of telemarketing laws and quality assurance standards.
• Communication: Fluent English with the ability to coach and correct agent performance in real-time.
• Availability: Must be available for the night shift (US hours).

Location: Commercial Market, Rawalpindi.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
