Strategy Consultant / Designer / Researcher

We are seeking seconded junior to mid-level consultants, designers, and researchers with 5-8 years of experience to support the strategy team’s execution activities and design-led deliverables. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, contributing to strategic initiatives through research, analysis, design, and content development.

• 5–8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, design, research, or related roles.
• Proven experience in supporting strategy implementation and execution, not just analytical work.
• Strong exposure to design thinking, service design, or user-centric frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create clear, structured, and visually impactful presentations.
• Comfortable working onsite in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Experience working in consulting firms, design studios, or innovation teams.
• Exposure to digital transformation, innovation, or strategy-led initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and design functions.
