Strategy Consultant / Researcher

Role Summary
We are seeking a mid-level consultant to support the strategy team in hands-on execution, translating strategic priorities into structured outputs and design-led deliverables. You will work onsite with senior strategists, designers, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams—supporting research, analysis, workshop delivery, and creation of high-quality materials (decks, frameworks, journeys, service concepts).
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategy Execution Support
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives, roadmaps, and transformation workstreams.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and internal analysis to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop structured content for strategy outputs (problem statements, hypotheses, insights, options, recommendations).
2) Design & Experience Deliverables
  • Contribute to user journeys, service blueprints, personas, concepts, and experience narratives.
  • Support UX/service design activities in partnership with senior designers/strategists.
  • Translate ideas into clear, visual, executive-ready outputs (slides, frameworks, diagrams).
3) Research & Insights
  • Plan and conduct qualitative/quantitative research: desk research, stakeholder interviews, user research.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights, key themes, and decision-oriented narratives.
  • Support concept testing, validation, and iteration cycles.
4) Delivery & Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (business, digital, tech) in a fast-paced onsite environment.
  • Support workshops and working sessions (agenda design, facilitation support, documentation).
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, service design, UX, research, or innovation delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting strategy execution and delivery, not only analysis.
  • Strong grounding in design thinking / user-centered / service design methods.
  • Strong ability to create high-quality decks and structured deliverables.
  • Comfortable working onsite with senior stakeholders; proactive, detail-oriented executor.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in consulting firms, design studios, or innovation/transformation teams.
  • Exposure to digital / innovation / transformation programs.
  • Experience working across business + technology + design teams.
