As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:

• Supporting clients to achieve strategic and operational goals, introducing efficient ways of work and enhancing processes and operating models.
• Applying judgment to address complex client business challenges using rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis (business case) with little oversight.
• Facilitating design thinking workshops, showcasing agile design to the client, and co developing innovative solutions in an agile manner.
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Contributing to business development activities, identifying opportunities, and developing and presenting proposals.
• Supporting development of CFO&EV practice and community capabilities, including assets, thought leadership, and cross team engagement.
• Leading and inspiring high performing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring members and contributing to performance management.
• Continuously learning new skills and enhancing your skill set to contribute to CFO&EV growth and the wider Accenture organization.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• 6+ years of consulting experience.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
• Deep knowledge of F&A business processes and their ERP enablement.
• Experience in financial consolidation, planning and budgeting a benefit.
• Functional knowledge of major ERP (SAP/Oracle) with hands on expertise.
• Expertise in process digitization (RPA, ML, process mining) and experience with cutting edge tools.
• Solid experience delivering transformation initiatives in F&A areas, including value case shaping and roadmap development.
• Proven experience interacting with senior management and negotiating significant matters.
• Understanding of finance and operating model trends and technology innovations.
• Experience leading small/medium teams.
• Ability to work across service groups and engage across technical functional knowledge.
• Experience with design thinking/agile project delivery.
• Professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or MBA preferred.
• Highly credible with strong collaboration, planning, influencing, and time management skills.
• Driven, adaptable, and able to remove obstacles to achieve results.
• Experience with sales pipeline management and proposal processes.
• Flexibility for client travel.
• Preferred industry knowledge: Public Sector, Utilities, Energy, Travel, Health.
