The manager will provide supports in development of both short and long-term strategic recommendations to the business’s executive committee, board of directors, and the wider company meant to develop and capitalize business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
Research new markets, identify key trends, and translate data into actionable insights. And define and evaluate the company’s new business development opportunities.
Prepare company’s growth strategies by formulating investment strategy materials, facilitating cross-functional and executive management level discussions to support the company’s ambition to diversify.
Conduct due diligence as well as preparing materials for executive committee approval. Facilitate, implement mergers, acquisitions as well as divestitures, and develop business plans for new corporate ventures as required.
Keep track of developments in the Telecom / ICT space to identify trends and opportunities
Partnership Management: Management of our existing and continued relationship with both Vodafone Group and Vodafone Partner Markets, which includes:
Business Management: Support in the preparation of recurring and ad hoc reporting and the development of impactful presentations for the Board of Directors, Analysts, All Staff and Leadership Team as required.
