🔹 About the Role

As a Strategy & Growth Associate, you will serve as the Founder’s strategic right hand—structuring ideas, driving execution, and ensuring follow-through on multiple initiatives. This role offers exposure to top-level decision-making and the chance to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Translate discussions and ideas into actionable plans.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documents for stakeholders.
• Support execution of cross-functional projects and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate Founder’s Office priorities, ensuring alignment and follow-through.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• MBA or equivalent in Business, Strategy, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years’ experience in consulting, business analysis, investment, or entrepreneurial settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Maturity, discretion, and organizational excellence.
