Strategy Implementation Specialist

Role Purpose

Support the effective implementation of approved corporate strategies by coordinating execution activities, managing performance frameworks, and enabling strategy cascade across the organization.

The role focuses on translating strategic directions into measurable actions, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring visibility, discipline, and alignment in strategy execution under the direction of the Strategy Officer.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Implementation and Cascade

  • Support the execution of approved corporate and business unit strategies.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, milestones, and execution plans.
  • Support strategy cascade across business units and functions, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
  • Assist in maintaining strategy execution cadence (quarterly reviews, progress tracking).

2. Process Analysis & KPIs

  • Support the development, tracking, and maintenance of strategic and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards (e.g., Balanced Scorecard).
  • Monitor performance trends and highlight gaps or deviations from targets.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management and strategy forums.

3. Strategic Initiatives Tracking

  • Track the progress of assigned strategic initiatives and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect updates and validate execution status.
  • Support issue escalation and follow-up under the direction of the Strategy Officer.
  • Maintain a structured overview of initiatives, dependencies, and risks.

4. Strategic Initiatives Management

  • Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure adherence to approved timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.
  • Prepare progress reports and submit them to the relevant management.

5. Governance & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of materials for strategy, performance, and management review meetings.
  • Assist in consolidating data, insights, and presentations for internal governance forums.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of strategy execution and performance data.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related disciplines.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Strategy implementation and Performance management.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, and Balanced Scorecard methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
