Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Vision: Utilize your comprehensive understanding of the Transportation Industry value
chain- including engineering & manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and market
dynamics to develop strategic solutions and seed transformative ideas with the customer CRO.
Customer Engagement and Relationships: Leverage your strong network, relationships to identify
customers’ pain points, challenges, aspirations and introduce transformative solutions, driving

significant advancements in the Transportation industry. Establish and maintain strong relationships
with key clients and industry stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, understanding
their business challenges and goals. Drive client-centric strategies and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction, analyzing the current state and working towards the aspired state, identify areas for
improvement and developing strategies to enhance their experience.
Innovative Solutions: Develop credible and innovative solutions that result in exponential growth,
challenging traditional approaches and drive significant advancements in the Transportation industry.
Provide engineering solutions as services to clients in pervasive technologies and emerging trends,
offering valuable insights and guidance to the clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders to articulate and commercialize thought
leadership into tangible results, translating visionary ideas into pragmatic solutions. Identify and pursue
new Must Have Account (MHA) opportunities in partnership with the Transportation Vertical’s Business
Head, Strategic Client Partner, Strategic Client Partners, other Industry Leaders, and the broader Quest
Global network to leverage cross-industry knowledge, solutions, and capabilities to build robust Ideas
seeding and campaign pipelines and ensure revenue growth and profitability.
Large Deal Closure: Drive large deals and convert ideas into successful business opportunities,
negotiating and closing high-value deals, strategic alliances to drive revenue growth and expand our
market presence.
Thought Leadership and Influential Communication: Champion thought leadership initiatives and
contributed towards positioning Quest Global as a leader in the industry. Present, champion and
articulate complex ideas and transformative solutions effectively, ensuring that these concepts are
transformed into feasible strategies, gaining buy-in for the ideas and driving their implementation. Lead
Branding activities at industry events and other networking vehicles, attend trade shows, conferences,
and industry associations and present white papers as required. Be the company spokesperson for the
industry.

that aligns with both the customer’s goal and Quest Global’s growth aspirations, with a track record of
identifying innovative opportunities and successfully implementing them.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness and determination to tackle
challenges head-on and accomplish tasks efficiently. You should be proactive, resourceful, and open to
taking calculated risks to achieve the desired results
Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
articulate solutions effectively and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Deal Closure Track Record: Demonstrated ability to convert ideas into successful deals, with a track
record of at least two big wins, driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals.
