About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven Strategy Manager to support the leadership team on high-impact strategic initiatives across the business.
This role sits at the centre of Eyewa’s growth agenda, working closely with CXOs to identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, and lead special projects from concept through to execution.
You’ll operate as a strategic partner to the business, combining analytical rigour with strong execution, helping translate strategy into tangible outcomes across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects:
Lead and deliver high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives, from problem definition through to execution and impact tracking

Leadership Partnership:
Work closely with CXOs and senior stakeholders to shape business priorities and drive decision-making

Business Performance:
Identify opportunities to improve performance across key areas including revenue growth, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency

Commercial & Growth Strategy:
Support initiatives across commercial excellence, pricing, merchandising, and expansion strategies

Brand & Customer Strategy:
Contribute to projects focused on brand growth, customer experience, and retention

Business Transformation:
Drive transformation initiatives across processes, structures, and ways of working as the company scales

Data & Insights:
Leverage data to build business cases, generate insights, and inform strategic recommendations

Execution Ownership:
Ensure strategies are translated into clear action plans, with strong follow-through and measurable outcomes
What We’re Looking For

Experience:
3–6 years of experience in management consulting (top-tier or equivalent) or in a strategy / business role within a high-growth startup or tech-enabled business

Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions

Execution Mindset:
Not just strategic, able to roll up your sleeves and drive implementation

Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to work with senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams

Commercial Acumen:
Strong understanding of business drivers across growth, operations, and customer experience

Communication:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders
