About The Role

We're looking for a Lead Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the world. You'll work on high impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Advising and executing on entry and implementation strategy
  • Developing strategic operational and growth partnerships
  • Executing scale operations and working with cross functional teams in London and our global offices, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, etc.
  • Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut locally
  • Hiring local teams to build a foundation for operations
  • Building critical vendor relationships and performance tracking systems
  • Managing the Operations team, and leading detailed scoping of local market requirements to identify gaps
What You'll Need
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory analysis, expansions, fast growing startups, or similar
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • An ability to spot strategic business opportunities
  • Familiarity with the competitive finance and technology landscape in UAE
  • Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to break big tasks into smaller ones that can be monitored and tracked
  • To be able to prioritise projects within tight deadlines and work effectively in a high performance environment
  • A team player attitude to collaborate with peers globally and deliver results
  • An eagerness to learn new skills and take a hands on approach to complete tasks
