• Develop creative solutions to enhance user interaction and meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with product teams to outline use cases and requirements.
• Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and design mockups to convey interaction designs.
• Adopt a user-centered approach, leveraging market analysis, feedback, and usability data.
• Maintain comprehensive user-interface documentation and specifications.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback from various stakeholders.
• Work in tandem with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.

• 8+ years of experience in design, with an online portfolio available.
• Expertise in creating intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Strong analytical skills to convert customer insights into effective designs.

• Experience designing for a variety of platforms including web, mobile, and TV products.
• Familiarity with diverse user research techniques including remote testing and A-B testing.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and design tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
• Master's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent fields.

The pay range for this role is $67 - $103 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
