About the Role

Compensation & Incentives

• Earning Potential: $18–$25/hour based on performance
• Performance Bonuses: Weekly incentives for completing routes on time and meeting delivery goals
• Flexible Schedule: Work around school, family, or other commitments

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up flyers and assigned routes from the office
• Deliver flyers door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods
• Track and verify flyer placement using provided tools
• Complete routes within the expected timeframe to qualify for bonuses

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet for several hours
• Organized with good time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
