Streetwear Designer

Company Overview
Mamiye Brothers is seeking an experienced Streetwear Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will report to the Design Director developing seasonal concepts and collections, with branded assets. You will help shape and evolve our streetwear aesthetic through original designs, that resonate with our customer and reflect the brand's identity.

You'll work cross-functionally with Design Team, Art Department, Sales , Production and Merchandising, seeing styles through the whole life-cycle from creation to production. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, technical espertise, cultural awareness and design leadership.

What You'll D0

• Design seasonal drops of streetwear-driven ensuring originality, authenticity, and brand alignment.
• Assist Design Director Develop concept boards, trend decks, and seasonal themes with a strong point of view on color, graphics, culture, and visual storytelling.
• Strong sketching ability with technical construction knowledge needed.
• Collaborate with overseas vendors and internal teams to manage production fabric, color and fit approvals.
• Maintain and organize fabric and production libraries.
• Must be able to multi task, meet deadlines ,adhering to the design calendar.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design
• 4-7 years of professional experience in streetwear
• Strong portfolio showcasing original streetwear-oriented designs, illustrations
• Understanding of streetwear culture, trends, subcultures, and brand aesthetics
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• PLM experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
