Structural BIM Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling, structural detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination within an engineering consultancy.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong experience in developing structural BIM models up to LOD 500, including coordinated construction models and shop drawings.
• Proven experience in the preparation and review of structural shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, steel detailing, schedules, sections, and construction documentation.
• Ability to develop detailed BIM models and drawings for reinforced concrete, precast, structural steel, foundations, retaining structures, and other structural elements.
• Strong experience in reinforcement detailing, concrete dimensions by coordination with all disciplines steel connections, embedded items, builders' work requirements, and construction coordination.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection, and coordination with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Good understanding of structural design principles, international codes and standards, project specifications, and local authority requirements.
• Ability to review and validate structural BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM execution plans, and construction requirements.
• Familiarity with UAE-KSA authority requirements and engineering consultancy workflows will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, technical problem-solving, and documentation skills.
