Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Structural BIM Modeler to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a contract-based assignment (6+ months). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural modeling using Revit, with a solid understanding of construction drawings and coordination practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and update structural BIM models in Revit as per project requirements.
• Prepare and review detailed construction and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of models.
• Implement BIM standards and ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Support engineers and project teams in all BIM-related activities.
• Maintain documentation and revision control for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in structural BIM modeling.
• Candidates with relevant home-country experience may also be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
• Knowledge of construction documentation and BIM coordination workflows.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
