### Job Title: **Structural Design Engineer**

**Location:** Sharjah, UAE

**Experience Required:** 5+ years

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled Structural Design Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural components for a variety of building projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Structural Design and Analysis:**

- Develop structural designs for building projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures.

- Perform structural analysis using software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000, and create detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools.

2. **Project Development:**

- Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated designs that meet project requirements.

- Prepare structural calculations, design documents, and specifications.

3. **Compliance and Standards:**

- Ensure all designs adhere to local and international building codes and standards.

- Review designs and documents for quality control and compliance with project requirements.

4. **Site Support and Coordination:**

- Provide technical support during construction, resolving any design-related issues that arise on-site.

- Conduct site inspections and collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design reports, calculations, and drawings.

- Assist in preparing project proposals, tender documents, and feasibility studies.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** 5-6 years of experience in structural design, particularly in building projects.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in structural analysis software (ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000) and drafting tools (AutoCAD).

- **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of local and international building codes and standards.

- **Communication:** Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams.

- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

- **Location:** Candidates must be available to work in Abu Dhabi.
