Structural Design Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the design of RCC and steel structures. The candidate should be capable of independently handling structural analysis, design documentation, and detailed drawings while ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and design of RCC and steel structural systems
• Prepare accurate structural design calculations and technical reports
• Produce detailed structural drawings and construction details
• Coordinate closely with Architectural and MEP teams to resolve design interfaces
• Assist in authority submissions and respond to technical comments during approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Sound technical knowledge of RCC and steel structure design
• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, PROCON, or similar
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a coordinated team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or DDA approvals
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
