AESOM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in structural engineering and international design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in structural design and analysis using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and Revit Structure
• Support preparation of structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation
• Coordinate structural drawings and drafting requirements with project teams
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and applicable building codes
• Participate in project reviews, revisions, and quality checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering will be preferred
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or Revit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for structural engineering and technical learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ACI, AISC, BS, or IBC codes
• Internship or academic project experience in structural design
• Understanding of BIM workflows and structural detailing
