Structural Design Engineer

MS in Structural Engineering is mandatory.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in structural design engineering.
Strong understanding of structural shop drawings, construction drawings, and drawing interpretation.
Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles for steel and reinforced concrete structures.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, detailers, and project teams.
Proficiency in Revit, Tekla Structures, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and 3D modeling concepts.
Ability to prepare, review, and revise structural drawings and design documentation.
Understanding of structural codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
Ability to perform basic structural calculations and assist in design development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new software, technologies, and international design standards.
Experience working on US-based construction projects will be considered an added advantage.
Knowledge of steel detailing, connection detailing, and fabrication drawings will be a plus.
Ability to identify design conflicts and support project coordination efforts.
Strong organizational skills and a professional work ethic.
Positions are available in Lahore and Rawalpindi.

Must be available for a full-time office-based position either in Lahore or Rawalpindi
Must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the structural engineering domain.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Candidates with internship experience in structural design, BIM, detailing, or construction engineering are encouraged to apply.
Experience with US-based construction standards and workflows will be considered a significant advantage.
