Structural Design Engineer

Job description:

MUST HAVE 10 YEARS OF UAE EXPERIENCE WITH DM UNLIMITED CERTIFICATE .

• The duties and responsibilities :
• Develop structural designs and perform detailed calculations for a variety of structures, including [types of structures, e.g., commercial buildings, bridges, residential properties, etc.
• Conduct structural analysis using software such as [list relevant software like AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD, etc.].Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure design feasibility and project efficiency.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and project specifications to ensure compliance with codes and standards (e.g., ACI, ASCE, AISC).
• Perform field inspections and assessments as required, documenting findings and providing recommendations for design or corrective measures.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred and 8+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS).
• .Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
