Structural Design Engineer (Dubai)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Passed the Dubai Municipality Structural Engineering Exam.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai Building Code and Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Proven experience in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Proficiency in structural design software (such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent).
• Experience preparing and submitting structural design documents through the Dubai Municipality (DM) Portal.
• Ability to coordinate technical submissions, respond to Dubai Municipality comments, and obtain approvals.
• Confident in discussing technical design matters with Dubai Municipality engineers and attending meetings when required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural calculations, analysis, and design in accordance with the Dubai Building Code and relevant international standards.
• Develop structural drawings and technical documentation.
• Submit structural designs through the Dubai Municipality Portal and manage the approval process.
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality engineers to discuss design proposals, address review comments, and secure approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
