Structural Draftsman

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Minimum two - three years of structural drafting experience
• Experience in drafting for residential design
• Sketchup experience is a bonus

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• New residences (timber, steel, masonry and concrete/suspended concrete)
• Modifications and additions to existing structures (this may involve inspection and measure-up of the existing structure and so having your own vehicle for access to site is beneficial, travel allowance provided)
• Commercial/Industrial structures (steel portal frames, tilt-up concrete, suspended concrete etc)

You will be providing structural drafting based off markups provided to you by Structural Engineers within the office. The majority of the work you will be doing revolves around the residential sector. There will also be work related to the commercial and industrial sectors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
