Structural Draftsman

• Prepare detailed structural shop drawings, reinforcement drawings, and bar bending schedules (BBS).
• Develop structural layouts, sections, and detailed drawings based on approved IFC drawings.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure accuracy of design details.
• Review and incorporate consultant comments and revisions into drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve clashes and discrepancies.
• Prepare concrete, steel structure, and foundation drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local authority requirements.
• Assist in quantity take-offs for structural materials (steel, concrete, rebar).
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control.
• Supervise and guide junior draftsmen in preparing structural drawings.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support.
• Update as-built drawings based on site changes and engineer instructions.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings to meet project deadlines.

Minimum 5 years experience in the UAE/ Own car
