Structural Draughtsman

A candidate with a consultancy background, who is familiar with industry standards, follows structured workflows, and can work on projects in an organized manner.

We are open to candidates with 5 to 8 years of hands-on Revit experience.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM Collaboration.

Prepare detailed structural drawings for high-rise buildings, including:

Foundations (piles, pile caps, rafts)

Columns, beams, slabs, shear walls

Staircases and structural details

Develop shop drawings and IFC drawings based on structural design calculations

Coordinate with structural engineers, BIM teams, architects, and MEP disciplines

Modify and update drawings based on design changes, authority comments, and site feedback

Ensure drawings comply with:

UAE local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, ADM, Trakhees, etc.)

Relevant international codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode, ASTM)

Maintain proper drawing standards, layering, and documentation control

Assist in quantity take-offs and basic material schedules if required

Support site teams by responding to RFIs and construction queries

Work within project timelines and ensure high accuracy and quality standards
