Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with a strong construction background to join our team with super structural .engineering The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing structural designs, performing detailed engineering calculations, and certifying works related to G+4 and above projects in compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and approve structural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects G+4 and above.
• Perform detailed structural analysis and load calculations to ensure stability, strength, and compliance with safety standards.
• Certify structural works executed on-site in line with design intent and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration and constructability.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve design discrepancies or construction issues.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, municipality regulations, and international engineering standards.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and calculation sheets for submission to authorities.
• Assist project teams during tendering, material approvals, and method statement reviews.
• Provide technical support during construction, including approval of structural modifications or variations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification/registration with UAE Society of Engineers or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, with proven experience in G+4 and above building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, and international standards (BS, ACI, Eurocodes, etc.).
• Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Ability to prepare and review detailed structural calculations and certify works.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality.
