Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer / General Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience, with at least 3 years within the Emirate of Sharjah.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university, with proper attestation of certificates as required.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and capacity to work under pressure.
• Commitment to local and international regulations and standards related to the field of expertise.
• Proficiency in using engineering and technical software relevant to the specialty.

Specific Requirements:

• Holder of a First Category (Unlimited) Design License issued by Sharjah Municipality.
• Experience in:

o Designing concrete and steel structures in accordance with municipality-approved codes

o Preparing and analyzing structural models using engineering software

o Designing foundations, retaining walls, and various types of slabs

• Proficiency in engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit Structure
• Ability to:

o Prepare detailed structural reports

o Review and approve drawings, and coordinate with relevant authorities

o Handle comments and requirements from municipalities and regulatory bodies effectively

• Familiarity with submission and approval procedures from local authorities.

مهندس إنشائي / الشروط العامة :

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل داخل إمارة الشارقة.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
• حاصل على شهادة بكالوريوس في التخصص المطلوب من جامعة معترف بها، مع ضرورة تصديق الشهادة حسب الأصول.
• مهارات عالية في التواصل والعمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
• الالتزام بالأنظمة والقوانين المحلية والدولية في مجال التخصص.
• إتقان استخدام البرامج الهندسية والتقنية المرتبطة بالتخصص.

المتطلبات الخاصة:

• حاصل على بطاقة فئة أولى تصميم (Unlimited) صادرة عن بلدية الشارقة.
• خبرة في:

o تصميم الهياكل الخرسانية والمعدنية وفقًا للكودات المعتمدة في البلديات.

o إعداد وتحليل نماذج الإنشاء باستخدام برامج التحليل.

o تصميم الأساسات، الجدران الاستنادية، والأسقف المختلفة.

• إجادة استخدام البرامج الهندسية مثل: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit Structure.
• القدرة على:

o إعداد التقارير الإنشائية التفصيلية.

o مراجعة واعتماد المخططات والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.

o التعامل مع الملاحظات من البلدية والجهات التنظيمية بكفاءة.

• الإلمام بإجراءات تقديم واعتماد المخططات من الجهات المحلية.
