Structural Engineer

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can manage a project with oversight from proposal phase to construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations, design, drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction drawings & documents
• Perform design related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspections
• Collaborate with architects and designers and building contractors on design and construction of projects

• Design of Industrial structures, machine foundations Static and Dynamic analysis and design
• Should be able to prepare Structural design Calculations for vetting from third party
• PEB structures coordinations and RCC component design
• Teamworking and communication skills
• Excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail
• A good working knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience as a Structural Engineer or similar field
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
• Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
• Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Degree in Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering minimum 5 years experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in ETAABS, SAP 2000, STAAD PRO, AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Revit for Structural Engineering, BIM
