Interior Auditor-QA/QS

Profile Summary:

Experienced Civil Engineer and QA/QS Expert with a strong background in project management, interior execution, and quality assurance. Proven expertise in handling high-end residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects from planning to execution. Proficient in reading and interpreting interior design drawings and ensuring quality control at every phase of the project lifecycle. Skilled in detailed BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity surveying with a strong understanding of material standards, construction codes, and execution strategies.

• ✅ Project Management – End-to-end project coordination including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• ✅ Interior Execution & Drawings – In-depth knowledge of interior construction methods, finishes, and interpretation of architectural/interior design drawings.
• ✅ QA/QC Expertise – Strong understanding of quality control standards, site inspection, material testing, and ensuring adherence to specifications.
• ✅ Quantity Surveying – Accurate quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost control using industry-standard practices.
• ✅ BOQ Preparation – Preparation of detailed and professional Bills of Quantities for all project phases, aligned with tender and execution requirements.
• ✅ Stakeholder Coordination – Efficient communication with architects, designers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
