Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading structural design, reviewing engineering deliverables, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including high-rise buildings, commercial developments, and residential villas, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and international codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee structural design, analysis, and review of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with project specifications, local regulations, and relevant international codes and standards.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and related technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support during construction activities, addressing and resolving structural and site-related issues.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor progress and ensure quality compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in structural engineering.
• Strong experience in the design and execution of high-rise buildings and/or commercial and residential villa projects.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles, relevant software, and international design codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage client interactions.
