STRUCTURAL FABRICATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble structural components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Work with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and FRP.
• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Assemble platforms, pipe supports, tanks, frames, skids, and ladders for use in wastewater treatment systems.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment including grinders, shears, presses, and cutting torches.
• Perform tack welding and basic fitting as needed before final welding.
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and engineers to ensure proper alignment and assembly.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
