Structural Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Site Engineer to oversee and manage all on-site structural engineering activities at J7 Emporium.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising structural works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have strong experience in structural works (concrete, formwork, steel, reinforcement).
• Able to read and interpret structural drawings.
• Manage site independently and work as per drawings to follow the monthly work plan and achieve milestones.
• Capable of supervising site activities and ensuring quality compliance.
• Ensure quality and aesthetics meet project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors

.• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

• Prepare technical reports, daily reports, and progress reports.
• Resolve site issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation on automated dashboards including technical reports, daily reports, progress reports, site meeting minutes, and quality control reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 7 years High Rise Experience is a mandatory
• Education: DAE/ B.Tech/ BS Civil
